Hazleton Transition Academy Social Club Fall Session 2023

The Hazleton Transition Academy Social Club Fall Session 2023 will last 10 weeks from 10/3 – 12/14, focusing on Module 1 – Self Advocacy. Due to limited availability, each session will consist of a maximum of 15 participants joining us for 2 hours twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the One Community Center located at 225 E 4th Street Hazleton, PA 18201.
This program is FREE, and each participant will be paid $200.00 for each completed program module:
Module 1: Self-Advocacy – Fall 2023 Registration in Process
Module 2: Independent Living Skills – Dates TBD
Module 3: Workplace Readiness – Dates TBD
In addition, all participants will receive a FREE course kit containing all the necessary materials: a backpack, supplies, games, activities, games, and a tee shirt. FREE transportation is also available for scheduling if needed. Spaces are limited and first come, first served, with up to 15 participants per location.
