Transition Academy Social Club Winter Session – Columbia County at the Berwick YMCA
The Columbia County – Transition Academy Social Club Winter session will run for ten weeks, from 1/9/23 – 3/13/23. Note: Due to limited availability, each session will consist of a maximum of 10 participants that will join us for 2 hours weekly on Mondays from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. The program is designed to bring High School students with Autism, and intellectual or developmental disabilities, ages 14 and up, together after school to socialize and develop lifelong skills. All participants will receive a FREE Course Kit containing all needed materials: supplies, games, activities, and a t-shirt.
We are hosting an Open House meeting on 1/3/23 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.
