Frank Bartoli is the founder and CEO of NEPA Inclusive. His career spans more than 25 years of successful non-profit leadership experience. His advocacy experience, and the reason for starting NEPA Inclusive, includes advocating for his own daughter Ellie, who has Down Syndrome, and was fully included in her high school classroom, as well as attending typical community programs. Ellie is the Pittston Area High School 2017 Homecoming Queen, the Pittston Area Girls Basketball Team Manager, and was given the opportunity to play in two games in 2017, including scoring 12 points in the All Star Game. Frank furthered his advocacy experience as the Executive Director of The Arc of Delaware County, a Board of Director of The Arc of Pennsylvania, and as President of The Arc Community Trust, an organization that manages more than 1100 special needs and education trusts. His non-profit leadership experience includes multiple positions within the YMCA movement, including Executive Director/CEO of the Greater Pittston YMCA, and Associate Executive Director at the Ambler Area YMCA, a branch of The YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity. He provides consulting and grant writing services to non-profit organizations under his private business called Bartoli Advocacy and Consulting Services. He has taught undergraduate students at Eastern University, mentored undergraduate groups at University of Pennsylvania, was a guest columnist for the Sunday Dispatch, founded and served as President of the Delta Nu Alumni Association of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity at Lock Haven University and served on the Board of Directors of the Luzerne County Down Syndrome Network. He is a graduate of Leadership Wilkes-Barre and was named the 2002 Greater Pittston Person of the Year by the Sunday Dispatch. In 2018 he was appointed to the Pennsylvania Governors Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. He currently resides in Pittston, PA.

Connie oversees all financial and administrative functions of the agency, including bookkeeping, billing, human resources, training, and compliance, as well the financial needs and communications between NEPA Inclusive with the Office of Developmental Programs and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Connie has 12 years experience working in billing and finances. Connie also has 15 years of experience in office management. Connie also has 7 years of recruiting experience. Connie currently resides in Pittston with her two children Nico and Ariana.

John oversees all Human Resources and recruiting functions of the agency. John has extensive experience working in operations management including employee management, process flow improvements, and project management. John also has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing management. John’s experience in working with small and start-up companies provides him with insight on what organizational processes need to be implemented as a company grows.

Mark Gane comes to NEPA Inclusive with 30 plus years of experience working with people with disabilities. He started his career at a summer camp for people with disabilities and continued to work in the field through High School and while attending Kutztown University. He graduated in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Special Education/Early Elementary Education. After graduation, he found work in the ODP system and has continued his career in this service system helping people with disabilities to gain an Everyday Life through Self Determination. He has worked as a Life Sharing Coordinator, In-Home Supports Director, CLA Program Specialist and AWC Director. He currently lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and two daughters.

Shannon D’Agostino leads all of the training programs for the agency and oversees all Quality Assurance standards. Shannon is a Certified Investigator through the Office of Developmental Programs. Shannon has been certified in ACRE through Griffin & Hammis as an Employment Specialist and Job Coach for NEPA Inclusive.

Maria has more than 9 years of experience in employment related services. She has worked for NEPA Inclusive since 2018, with a short break in that time. Prior on working with NEPA Inclusive, she was a Job Coach for the Luzerne County Intermediate Unit, a Para Educator at Luzerne Intermediate Unit, and was an owner of her own retail business. A native of Luzerne County, she has a deep understanding of the local business community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She resides in West Pittston, PA

Sophia graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She has been in the human services field for more than five years, working in both the Northeastern Pennsylvania and Philadelphia areas. Her work experience include working as a Mentor with the King’s College Juvenile Justice Mentoring Program, Blended Case Manager and Family Hone-Based Case Manager/Therapist with Children’s Service Center, and Truancy Case Manager for CORA Services, Inc., in Philadelphia, PA. Sophia has a passion for helping children and their families and find fulfillment in advocating for them.
Sophia has earned certifications in Prepared Renter Education Program (PREP) through the Self Determination Housing Project of PA, Employment Services for People with Disabilities through the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE), and Community Participation Supports (CPS) through the PA Office of Development Programs. She resides in Kingston, PA

Donna graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. She has spent all her professional work experience in the Human Service field. Donna started her career by teaching in an Inclusion classroom in Brooklyn, NY in 2005. She later worked as a Child Protective Specialist for the City of New York. In 2010 Donna migrated to Allentown, Pennsylvania where she was later hired as a Direct Support Staff. She continued working for agencies under ODP as a Program Developmental Specialist, Supports Coordinator, and Program Director.
Donna has strong ties to her community and local businesses. She served as a Human Relations Officer for the City of Allentown until her term expired in 2019. She volunteers and supports organizations that help provide food and resources for her community. Donna Currently resides in Lehigh Valley with her spouse and five children.
